Thermal imaging comes with every home inspection, interpreted by a trained Level I Infrared Building Surveyor. Where it's safe and permitted, we add drone photographs of the roof. And we take the time to walk you through the findings — in English, Hindi or Gujarati.

Your report is yours
Reports are shared with your agent or other representatives only with your authorization, except where disclosure is legally required.
No marketing without permission
We do not use your property images or floor-plan scans for public marketing without separate permission.
